Helicopter Charity High Tea - Has Ended

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service Newcastle Volunteer Support Group will be holding their annual High Tea by the Lake at Belmont 16's Sailing Club, on Sunday 14th September 2025.

What better excuse than to get a table together & catch up with the favourite people in your life whilst supporting our Communities Own Rescue Helicopter. Your support keeps us flying 24-7. Enjoy delicious high tea and a glass of bubbly on arrival from our live champagne wall. There will be great prizes up for grabs along with our pampering stalls.

Katie Brassil - Director of Westpac Rescue Helicopter, WESTS Group Australia (owners of the Newcastle Knights), Bloomfield Group & Chair of the Committee of the Hunter, will be our MC. Christie Dawes - Australian Paralympic Athlete will be our guest speak with ex-crewman Graham Nickisson speaking with Christie in a Q & A session.
