Heart of the Community
is a night that sets out to bring together a community of passionate individuals and businesses, united by a shared commitment to support those vulnerable in our community.
The purpose of this event
is to highlight/raise awareness of the vital role volunteers and donors play and to raise funds to support South Port Day Links programs.

DO Supports
South Port Day Links (SPDL) is a local not-for-profit, volunteer based organisation that has been delivering services to older people, people with a disability and those who care for them, who are residents of the City of Port Phillip and the City of Melbourne for over 35 years.
The services provided by SPDL aim to enable residents to remain socially connected, independent and able to continue to live in their homes. One of the ways we do this is by providing Day Links door-to-door community transport service.
