ECT 4 Health are hosting an Age Care Professional Development Day on Monday 29th April, 2024 from 8.15am to 4.00pm.
Presented by Rob Timmings, ECT4Health are known for offering science rich, evidence-based education in an easy to learn format that complements practical care. ECT4Health truly puts the “science into the art of nursing”.
Topics covered will attain 7 CPD points upon completion.
- Anatomy Refresher
- Assessing Cariovascular and Respiratory deteriation
- Blood pressure medication and diuretics
- When infection might mean sepsis
- Strokes and other Sudden neurological discourse
- Diabetic Emergencies
- Listening to the chest - understanding wheezes, rales, crackles and creps
Included in the ticket price is tea, coffee, morning tea and lunch. Dietary options are available by competing the following form: (Note, the catering team will do their best to cater for all requests, but are subject to product availability)
This a fundraiser for 2024 Dunga Derby Team #17 'Ultra Tuners'.
All funds raised go to Rally for a Cause to assist local families with life limiting medical conditions those who have their lives disrupted by circumstances beyond their control.
Tickets are $225 including Eventbrite fees.
