Condon Advisory Group & RAA Association Annual Charity Golf Day - Has Ended

For 13 consecutive years, the Condon Advisory Group and the Royal Australian Artillery Association (RAAA) NSW Inc. have successfully held the ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF DAY to raise funds for Legacy. The serving and ex-serving players from the Army units, Navy units, Air Force units, RAA units and units containing an RAA component compete for the RAAA Challenge Golf Perpetual Trophy. The Charity Golf Day has been receiving ongoing support from many corporate organisations for a number of years. In 2008, the Corporate Shield was introduced as the engagement with corporate organisations continually increased. Players who are not eligible to compete for RAAA Trophy now have a category and a Shield to compete for. All proceeds is donated to Legacy.Legacy is a charity providing services to Australian families suffering after the injury or death of a spouse or parent, during or after their defence force service. Today, Legacy supports over 40,000 partners and children of veterans who gave their lives or health serving our country. It is truly unfortunate that just like the rest of the world, we were forced into lockdown and isolation when the pandemic hit in 2020, thus resulting into regrettably cancelling the event for the last couple of years, alas breaking our 13-year streak! However, after a two-year hiatus, we are happy to announce that the event is back on this year, due to be held on 15 September 2022 at the Cumberland Country Golf Club.
