Roast Chicken with Cranberry & Nut Stuffing (gf)

w/roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables & cranberry jus

We are relaying this year in memory of my dad who i lost to cancer last year. Cancer Council Qld received no Government funding and rely on events such as this to raise much needed funds so they can continue their research into a cure. Not only do they do research, they provide, free of charge the following (this is not the extensive list): counselling services, wig & turban service, accommodation, transport.
