Following the success of the Catholics in Business Foundation networking series, Father James Grant is proud to invite you to a breakfast to be held on Satruday September 5 July 2014 at Crown Melbourne.

Catholics in Business Foundation welcomes the Richmond Football Club CEO, Mr Brendon Gale, one of Australia’s most influential sports administrators and former player of the Australian Football League.
 
The Richmond Football Club competes in Australia’s largest elite sporting competition - the AFL, and as CEO, Brendon leads a diverse team of over 130 people.
 
In his “previous life”, Brendon played 244 games of AFL football between 1990 and 2001 with the Richmond Football Club (“RFC”); captaining and vice-captaining the club between 1994 and 1997.
 
Upon retirement from professional football, Brendon practiced law with a leading Melbourne commercial law firm in the general commercial and banking and finance areas. 
 
In January 2005, Brendon was appointed CEO of the AFL Players Association and as CEO, was responsible for representing the collective industrial interests of all AFL players. During his time Brendon completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School where his business, leadership and strategic skills were finely tuned.Brendon was appointed CEO of the Richmond Football Club in September 2009.Brendon is a highly accomplished sportsman and businessman who navigates a highly competitive,  heavily scrutinised and demanding environment on a daily basis. He has incredible leadership and relationship management skills, and a drive to succeed in anything he puts his mind to.We are looking forward to Brendon sharing his experience and learnings with our Catholics In Business supporters.Catholics in Business Foundation raise funds for the CYA Project. The CYA Project designs and facilitates programs to help 18-22 year olds reach their personal and professional potential with placements in real organisations. 

EVENT AND BOOKING INFORMATION:

WHEN: Saturday September 5 2014. 7.00am for Mass (optional), 7.15am for Breakfast and conclusion 9.00am

WHERE: Crown Melbourne, River Room, Level 1, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank

PRICE: $750 per table of 10 or $85.00 per head (includes full breakfast)
