Yalari's 2022 Sydney Fundraising Dinner will be held on Friday 29th July at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. The Dinner entails a night filled with delicious food, inspirational speeches, and live entertainment, allowing Yalari to showcase the achievements of our students and raise funds to support our ongoing work. A live and silent auction will be another highlight of the night, filled with prizes you will certainly want to get your hands on. Since 2005, Yalari has been providing Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities across Australia the opportunity to receive a full boarding school scholarship for their entire secondary education.
We believe education is the key to generational change and a brighter future for Indigenous Australians and for our nation. We are deeply committed to the ongoing success of our national program of scholarships, student support and post-school opportunities.
In 2022, we have over 250 students on Yalari scholarships nationally. We have an alumni group of 380 studying at universities, working or undertaking further training.
