Every year at the end of Mens Mental Health week, since 2019 we have proudly brought to the community our Annual Soft Sand Tyre Pull, along the beautiful beach front of the Gold Coast.

Starting from Burleigh at the Southern End of the Gold Coast to the Spit on Main Beach we come together to make our way through 18kms of Sand, Wind, Sun and Adversity to take on a gruelling walk of Strength and Togetherness wearing a Harness to Pull a Standard Car tyre.

The tyre itself is representative of and a metaphor for the weight and burden many young males and Men carry and have Carried.

Childhood Trauma, Addiction,  Ambiguous Loss, Self Worth and many other Individual issues.

But, in this challenge they are not alone.

Not only do they walk beside others with a similar burden but they get to release and celebrate together after having overcome such a massive feat.

These events are co-ordinated in collaboration with The Big 3: Strive, Thrive, Live, Child Safe Australia and Talk Out Loud.

All donations and profits from sales will go to Child Safe Australia and Talk Out Loud, both working towards education and Implementing initiatives Nationally on Body Consent, and reducing the statistics on Youth Harm for more Brighter and Safer Communities for our future adults and parents
