DV Safe Phone Charity Race Day 2021 - Has Ended

PUT YOUR BRAND IN THE SPOTLIGHT!

Join us for a day filled with fashion, fun and laughter as we raise awareness and funds for a very important cause.

October marks the beginning of Sexual Violence Awareness month in Queensland, so the theme and dress code for the day will be a 'A HINT OF TEAL'.

The very prestigious Champagne Garden has been reserved for your race day pleasure - front row to all the action both in the mounting yard and the finish line!

All proceeds from your support will go towards DV Safe Phone's 'One Phone, One Life' campaign and help us get 1,000 FREE safe phones into the hands of victims of domestic, family and sexual violence in need.

DRESS CODE

The dress code for the day is ' A HINT OF TEAL', the universal colour of Sexual Violence Awareness recognised across the globe.

For the ladies - this means elegant and fashion-fabulous with a hint of teal (earrings, necklace, mask, heals etc). For the gents - its a suit and tie affair also with a splash of teal (pocket hanker chief, cuff links, socks, tie, vest, cravat, hat etc.)

There will of course be prizes for the best dressed and a Barrier Start Experience for 4 guests will be auctioned on the day. We will also be accepting mobile phone donations on the day - with an amazing prize awarded to the table that donates the most!

Race Sponsor Package ($3,350) -

Benefit One - Track side sponsor table with an out of this world travelling menu, including 1- 5 pm beverage package for 10 people. THREE complimentary tickets entry (per person) into the mega draw and door prize.

Benefit Three - Naming rights to one of seven races, 'Big Screen' Advertisements on the day, national Sky Racing coverage, and your business is listed in the printed and digital Race Guide.

Benefit Three - Invitation to the Winners Circle Lounge to enjoy a replay of your sponsored race and a celebratory drink with winning connections. Memento bottle of wine with sponsor photo on the label

VIP Table Booking ($2,150)

Celebrate your coworkers or your friends who love to frock up and let their hair down at the races. Cost includes an out of this world travelling menu with 1- 5 pm beverage package for 10 staff, clients or friends. THREE complimentary tickets per person for the Mega Raffle and Door Prize - to be drawn on the day

Individual Tickets ($165/pp)

This ones for all you guys and gals who love supporting a great cause but don't quite have the numbers to make up a whole table. Select ONE or more tickets and have a fabulous time connecting with new community-minded people on the day. Ticket price includes food and beverage package for the duration of the event and shared table seating.
