Mens Long Lunch 2021 - Has Ended
DO Details
At Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney, we want to begin an important conversation about men’s mental health.
Now more than ever, people, particularly men, are at risk of suicide, and it is the leading cause of death in men under 44 years of age. 1 in 5 men will experience anxiety in their lifetime, 1 in 8 men struggle with depression, and men are three times more likely than women to take their own lives.
Having conversations about these alarming facts is important, which is why Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney are hosting our Annual Men’s Long Lunch on Friday 22nd October 2021.
The Men’s Long Lunch brings our community together to hear inspiring stories from men who have struggled with their mental health and have overcome their battles. On offer will be a beautiful buffet lunch served with complimentary soft drinks, and the opportunity to network with other community members.
