DO Details

We're all well aware of the devastating situation in India right now and limited access to basic medicines and hospital beds. We're hosting a 'stupendous' one-night charity event to support people in India, devastated by COVID. ALL monies raised will go to Givelndia.org, a globally supported Indian 'Not For Profit' organization endorsed by Google CEO, Sundar Pichai. Givelndia.org sets up fully equipped COVID centres comprising all facilities and equipment including beds, oxygen cylinders and concentrators, doctors, nurses, and trained admin staff. Givelndia is working towards setting up COVID Care Centres in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chattisgarh and will expand to other locations based on increasing need. Givelndia is also setting up 'transit' centres where COVID positive patients can isolate away from their homes that are cramped for space.

We would welcome you to enjoy our extravagant setting, famous Sitar players and musicians, wonderful Bollywood dancers, colourful Indian entertainment, scrumptiously delicious Indian food all evening long, beverages at bar prices. PLUS amazing door prizes too just by being there! But most of all, you are helping us to ease the suffering of so many in India, and in advance, for that we thank you.

Geoffrey Conaghan, Commissioner to India for the Victorian Government 2009 - 2013 will be Master of Ceremonies.
