The Box Throwdown - Has Ended

Friendly Competition is back in 2021!

The Box Throwdown is your opportunity to test your strength, agility and endurance in a fun atmosphere whilst raising money for a great cause!

$5 from every ticket purchase goes towards the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

Over 50,000 children were admitted to the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne over the last year. That's in addition to the 338,000 children treated at the hospital's specialist clinics. You support helps the hospital to deliver the best possible care to patients and their families. Donated funds go towards research, equipment and technology, patient and family centred care as well as education and training.

Grab a partner and join the fun! We have intermediate and open divisions with MM, FF & MF teams - scaled options are available.

There will be 3 workouts throughout the day and a finals section.

Come down for a family friendly day of competition, entertainment, food and drinks!

Prize packs will be awarded to the winners and we will have raffles and giveaways throughout the day!

Invite your friends, family and neighbours to come on down and cheer you on!

Entry fee is $60 per person with $5 from every ticket going to the Good Friday Appeal.

Spectators entry is $5 at the door.
