16-hour Music Marathon: A Fundraiser for our Firies - Has Ended

The bushfires in Australia have devastated our land and communities. Our firefighters have faced, and are still facing, countless hours of fighting fires as they battle to protect homes, properties, native forests and animals. This fundraiser is a tribute to their endurance, resilience and strength.
The Music Marathon
40 established and emerging classical musicians in Melbourne and Sydney will come together to perform a 16-hour music marathon. Starting from 7am, the performances will run continuously until 11pm. Audiences are invited to enjoy the music and reflect on the relentless work of Australian firefighters. Entry will be with on-site cash/card donations, all are welcome.

100% of funds raised from this Music Marathon will be donated to the Country Fire Authority & Brigades Fund (CFA).
What the money will be used for
The Trustee for the CFA: All revenues are vested in Victorian volunteer fire brigades. The brigades use these funds for a wide range of emergency service purposes including the acquisition of additional equipment such as vehicles, defibrillators, and thermal imaging cameras, as well as fire station improvements.
