Parenting is super tough - we all know it. It’s also magical and joyful at the same time and it’s those beautiful moments that keep us going!
Sometimes becoming a new parent can be extremely difficult transition - even more so when depression and anxiety hit. PANDA is a national organisation and support network supporting families throughout this time.
Leading up to the event I’ll be posting information about the Illness and also about PANDA as an organisation to raise awareness for National Awareness Week 2019!
