Are there ID  requirements to enter the event?

Yes all the ticket holders are entering into Parliament House and would need a valid ticket and Government ID

What's the refund policy?

The refunds will only be available 7 days prior to the event. There will be no refunds available after that.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

The guests must produce either a printed copy of the invitation or an electronic copy of the invitation on their phone to the security at the entrance along with ID.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Unfortunately not! the tickets are not not transferrable. You can however contact the organisers if they could help in anyway.
