On August 31, the tour will visit Forcett and host a FREE event to show you when and how to ask R U OK?
Join us for a free feed, activities for all ages and a chance to learn more about when it’s time to ask R U OK? and how to use our 4 steps to navigate a conversation with someone you’re worried about.
Local mental health and suicide prevention services will join us as well to let you know what support is available for the times an R U OK? conversation is too big for friends and family.
