Good Morning Vietnam - A Charity Breakfast - Has Ended

Join us for the second edition of Good Morning Vietnam, our annual charity breakfast, as we partner with hospitality social enterprise STREAT for feast to feel good about.

Executive Chef Anthony Choi is teaming up with STREAT’s Head Baker Didiet Radityawan to create a menu that is distinctly different, and you can bet there won’t be any smashed avo. You’ll choose from a range of once off breakfast creations like lobster and garlic butter banh mi, or wild mushroom and truffle banh xeo - a crispy Vietnamese pancake.

Pastries and a Vietnamese-style coffee will be designed by STREAT, and you’ll be able to make it a party with Bloody Mary’s, mimosas and brunch punch bowls available for purchase.

Our generous staff will be donating their time, with all proceeds on the day will be donated to STREAT, who give disadvantaged youths a leg up in the hospitality industry. 

Join us for either the 9:00am, 10:30 am or 12:00 pm sitting, ticket includes breakfast, baked goods, and a Vietnamese coffee.
