This is an introduction to the care, rehabilitationa and release of orphaned possum joeys.
Topics will include:
* Basic anatomy and life stages
* Diet
* Husbandry
* Housing
* Common injuries and illnesses
* How to release
Please note: Wild animals must be kept separately from any any pets you have.
Registration will begin at 9.45am for a10.00am start, and the day will finish around 4pm. Because of the nature of the 'hands on' we ask that no children under the age of 10 years attend.
Tea and coffee are provided. Please bring some morning tea to share and your own lunch and cup.
