MEN'S HEALTH WORKSHOP
This 2-hour, men-only workshop from 9.30 - 11.30 am, will be facilitated by the highly accomplished Human Behaviour and Performance Consultant, Shaun O'Gorman. The theme of this workshop will focus on building resilience, developing support networks as well as risk management and optimisation of your mental and physical well-being.
CHARITY LUNCHEON
Former Test Cricketer Michael Kasprowicz (Kaspa) will lead the conversation as we talk with leading experts on men's health. We'll hear from an inspiring line up of presenters and facilitators who have faced the most challenging of circumstances, and come out the other side not only surviving but thriving.
While enjoying a mouth-watering three-course lunch, our keynote speaker, Cameron Jones will take you on his limitation-defying journey from being declared legally blind from a degenerative eye disease to topping his MBA at QUT, before going on to launch a start-up to help people with a disability.
As you sip on a beverage, you can be a part of the Q&A with a panel of experts from our morning workshop, who will be joined by Dr Michael McGill, Men's Health Doctor and Director of Medical Services at St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital, resident Psychologist, Chris McIntyre from Mates4Mates and Associate Professor Simon Denny from the Mater.
Proceeds from the event will be donated by South Bank Corporation to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.
