RUOK? Fundraising Movie Night - TOLKIEN - Preview Screening - Has Ended

Come along to a preview screening of the new Tolkien movie at the funky Palace Electric Cinemas at New Acton.

Tolkien tells the story of the legendary author who wrote the classic fantasy novels "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings."  It's about journeys, challenges, fellowship and love.  Check out Trailer #1 and Trailer #2 for a preview.

Not only will you be among the first in Canberra to see the movie, you will also be helping to raise funds for RUOK?

This event is being organised by Diana & Brigitta Melham; we're a mother and daughter duo embarking on The Larapinta Trail Fundraising Trek in August to raise funds for RUOK? and also increase awareness of the important work this fantastic organisation does for suicide prevention.

Early bird tickets are available at a discounted price until 31 May and you have the option of pre-purchasing refreshments (popcorn, ice-cream, water).

There is also a raffle that will be drawn on the night prior to the screening.  Raffle tickets can be pre-purchased when purchasing your movie tickets.  Prizes include movie tickets, bottles of wine, dinner vouchers and beauty treatment vouchers.
