Join us for a Nia Dance Jam on April 27, 2019 to celebrate the gifts that Lisa Silverstone (Nia Black Belt Teacher) brings to Nia on the #GoldCoast for a night of great music, great moves and tons of Joy!
Leave your shoes and concerns at the door, quieten your mind and be guided into the sensations of your body. Nia is a grounded, cardio movement experience for Body, Mind and Spirit with a unique mix of dance arts, martial arts and healing arts. This Dance Jam will be guided by several local Nia teachers who love to bring the community together and make a movement for change!
