'Thank you for your service, Thank you for my freedom' - the generations of today are afforded freedom thanks to the sacrifices of past generations.

The breakfast will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Friday 9 November 2018 commencing at 7.00am – 9.00am.

We are delighted to welcome our keynote speakers in a panel discussion this year;

Peter Rudland; ex SAS soldier, Invictus Team Captain, survivor of the 21 June 2010 NATO Black Hawk helicopter crash in Afghanistan. This crash left Peter with multiple musculoskeletal injuries. Garry Robinson DSM; ex Special Forces sniper, survivor of the 21 June 2010 NATO Black Hawk helicopter crash in Afghanistan. This incident claimed the lives of 3 Australian commandos. Due to the crash, Garry sustained a severe traumatic brain injury and fractured multiple bones including lower spine, sacrum, eight ribs, both shoulder blades and his left leg, which was later amputated below the knee.

Garry had significant internal bleeding and as a result, had to have his spleen removed and also suffered a punctured lung. He was in an induced coma for four weeks while his body healed and further spent two years in hospital rehabilitating from the brain injury.

Emilea Mysko; ex Royal Australian Navy and a South Australian athlete through Invictus - Warrior Games.

In Flanders Fields:  Year 11 student from Pulteney Grammar

MC: Jessica Adamson, Weekend News Presenter, Seven Network

Special performance by the South Australian Army Band
