Dementia Australia and the Illawarra Public Forum Planning Group invite you to the annual Public Forum to raise awareness about dementia.
The forum is open to people living with dementia, their families and carers, community and service providers. Join local dementia advocates and industry leaders, who bring insights into dementia, cognitive wellbeing and industry change.
