Compassion Australia is delighted to present A Taste of the Philippines featuring Compassion graduate Abraham Almerol from—you guessed it—the Philippines.

You’re invited to join in a Filipino fiesta of delicious food, Filipino music, and the opportunity to hear Abraham share about the life-changing difference of sponsorship.

ABRAHAM ALMEROL // Abraham was raised by his grandparents in the Philippines. With 20 people—including his three siblings, uncles, aunts and cousins—crowded in a small house, life was tough for Abraham. Through support from the local church, Abraham received the holistic care required to realise his God-given potential and discovered a hope more powerful than poverty.
