The "Improving Access to the NDIS for People Experiencing Homelessness" training aims to provide participants with knowledge and skills to:
• Improve access to NDIS for people experiencing homelessness
• Increase confidence of staff from organisations working with people experiencing homelessness to determine eligibility and provide better access to the NDIS
• Support the development of more effective intake and assessment procedures to identify potential NDIS participants.
The presenters will include Kate Paterson from KEP Consultancy Services, National Disability Insurance Scheme LAC Partners and practice expert in relation to the NDIS and homelessness.
The session is free and lunch is provided.
