Caritas Australia is proud to announce the Annual Women for the World event to be held at the Carousel, Albert Park Lane on Friday 24th of August 2018.
We invite you to join us for a special lunch to support our empowering work with women around the world, join us to support our empowering work with women around the world!
By coming together we stand in solidarity with a worldwide community of women who make a real difference through courage, empowerment and awareness raising.

Time: 11 am to 2:30pm
Venue: Carousel, Albert Park Lane, Melbourne
Cost: $160 per person or $1450 for a table of 10
Price includes 3 course menu and drinks
Never before has the need been more urgent to provide food, water, sanitation and shelter as well as psychosocial and educational services to people fleeing persecution, war and conflict.
By attending this lunch, you will be supporting this vital work.
Guest Speaker
Marie Mondu is Caritas Australia's Program Development Coordinator in Papua New Guinea. She will speak of her work in PNG, assisting survivors of violence through local Catholic-run safe houses and helping young people overcome missed opportunities through life-saving informal education.
