Designed by Henry Hunter and begun in 1858, the All Saints site is one of Tasmania’s oldest and most significant properties. Three listed buildings on the property will be open to the public. On display in All Saints Church will be a wonderful collection of woven fabrics from Sarawak, handmade quilts, student fashion pieces, church vestments and more.
All funds raised will support the All Saints Restoration Appeal. As well as continuing repair and replacement of stone on the exterior of the building one of our major challenges is to restore the Spire of the Bell Tower. Tax deductable donations to the appeal are always welcome.
Entry to the Exhibition and all the buildings is free. Browse, admire, purchase or peruse, this is a special place to visit and a most worthwhile project to support.
“A building too precious to lose.”
