THE BOOKSHOP: Movie night raising funds for provision of water and toilets to a village in Timor Leste, Rialico - Has Ended

Timor Leste Vision (TLV) is a small voluntary, not-for-profit registered charity based in Perth and in Timor Leste.  

We are raising funds for the provision of water and toilets to the community in Rialico who currently need to walk to water and have no sanitation at all.

This causes great issues for elderly, young, sick, injured and the community as a whole. Girls do not attend school due to the lack of toilets.  The project is life-changing that will benefit many people! It will provide fresh water to the village, toilets so girls may attend school all year, water for agricultural crops for food and skin diseases in children will disappear due to fresh water.

District Elders say:  "Our village has 64 families. We have no clean safe water! Our people must walk kms for river water. They get sick, fall on rough ground and are injured. Please will you help?"
