A zen-like camping trip in a local bamboo grove led Becky Miwako to discover bamboo shoots - a culinary delicacy in most Asian countries.
Her father, Durnford Dart, established what is now Australia's largest bamboo plantation in 1989. Becky now lives on the property and supplies retailers and restaurants with top quality sustainably produced fresh and pickled bamboo shoots.
