Join us for a hearty breakfast in the crisp hours of the morning at one of Western Sydney's Newest Nature Reserves, Bartolo. Meet with landholders and learn about the endangered Cumberland Plain Woodland. Help us out with an hour or two of hand weeding and contribute to improved biodiveristy on this special site!
Bartolo Nature Reserve is a remnant of endangered Cumberland Plain Woodland, and a sanctuary for native wildlife. Work is underway in Agnes Banks to restore habitat and increase biodiveristy on this unique local site.
We are looking for keen locals who can donate an hour or two to help remove weeds (like African Love Grass) from this protected site. This will help the site regenerate and flourish over time!
You are welcome to self-drive to the reserve at 9-15 Jockbet Street in Agnes Banks.
