To be drawn at Jimmy Melrose Park, Glenelg, Sunday 6 May 2018 at approx 12pm.
If winners are not present they will be contacted the following week via phone & email.
5000 tickets available at $5 per ticket. All proceeds supporting MND SA.
If prizes are not claimed within three months of the draw they will be forfeited.
Prize collection is the responsibility of the winning ticket holder.
We may contact you with MND SA news & other information we deem may be of interest to you.

PLEASE NOTE:
Raffle tickets purchased online will be filled out by MND SA and the ticket stubbs will be retained at MND SA (302 South Road, Hilton SA 5033). Buyers will be contacted via email with their Ticket Numbers.
RAFFLE TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE WILL NOT BE POSTED OUT TO BUYERS.
If you would like to collect your physical tickets please contact MND SA on 08 8234 8448 to organise a time to collect them.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to purchase hard copy tickets or pick up some raffle books to sell on behalf of MND SA, please visit us at 302 South Road, Hilton SA 5033 between the hours of 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
