For the 3rd year running, Leichhardt's best (only?) 7-piece covers band will play to raise money for the Leichhardt based Girl's Refuge run by Detour House.
Playing all your fave hits and then some, the Day Street Band are ready to knock your socks off and loosen your purse strings all in support of Detour House.
The event is on June 11 from 1pm to 4pm at Leichhardt Bowling Club (88 Piper St, Leichhardt).
Free entry, but donations encouraged (heavily encouraged). There will also be a range of Day St Band merchandise available for the discerning fashionista. All proceeds go to the Girl's Refuge run by Detour House

Detour House is a non-profit organisation servicing homeless and other at-risk girls and women, based in Sydney, Australia. Detour House also incorporates The Girls Refuge, a crisis accommodation service for homeless girls.
