This training will assist anyone working with clients or customers or in a team environment.

- Learn how to use effective communications skills when dealing with them to ensure a satisfactory transaction for them and for you.
- How do you deal with difficult or challenging behaviours or difficult customers?
- Learn about some strategies to assist you when dealing with conflict resolution.
- What expectation does your organisation have of you when dealing with customers - including relevant policies
- and procedures
