Training open to active volunteers and volunteer managers ONLY

The Department for Communities and Social Inclusion has contributed funds towards this Project

This training will assist anyone working with clients or customers or in a team environment.

  • Who are your customers?
  • Learn how to use effective communications skills when dealing with them to ensure a satisfactory transaction for them and for you.
  • How do you deal with difficult or challenging behaviours or difficult customers?
  • Learn about some strategies to assist you when dealing with conflict resolution.
  • What expectation does your organisation have of you when dealing with customers - including relevant policies
  • and procedures
