DO Details

"Box Flow" is designed to merge performance, play and pain management and show how these very different means of exercise are actually complimentary opposites when understood and embraced.

It is the ONLY workout that adequately fulfils the 4 realms of health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

The REAL purpose of these sessions is to create a local community culture that allows to calm, connect and contribute to a charity close to our hearts and values - Nutrition Plus http://www.nutritionplus.org.au/supportus/

There are universal laws that govern all energy (money is 1 form) so we must honour this by giving anonymously which you can do at the link above.

Your donation will assist in providing a suite of programs to Indigenous children, including providing the world’s most researched nutritional supplement (Juice Plus+®).

Donations will also go to support teachers to develop education modules in health and nutrition.

You will receive a receipt for your tax records for every donation over $2.
$5-$20 will provide vegetable seedlings or trees;
$50-$100 will help to provide composting material, mulch, organic fertilizer or a worm farm;
$200-$1000 will assist in construction costs; and
$2500-$5000 will provide and install water tanks with pumps.

Please embrace the ozzy community spirit and get down to see us and take advantage of being able to give the gift of health to yourself and others.

We cannot wait to take you on a unique journey of free flowing fun, fitness and fat loss.
