Happy and cohesive teams depend on understanding each other and playing to each other’s strengths. “Where are you coming from?” is a session designed to help people examine what kind of direction they approach tasks from, what their priorities are and how to reconcile their attitudes with differing approaches in the team.

About our presenter, Dale Rees-Bevan:

She has been training and speaking since 1993. Dale has coached and trained CEOs, medical professionals, Sales and HR managers, IT professionals, engineers, architects, accountants, plumbers, lecturers, teachers, students volunteers and volunteer managers.

Dale has set up and run public speaking programs in South Africa, the UK and Australia. She has spoken at conferences in those countries too.
