The Adelaide City Rotaract Club are pleased to invite you to our annual Movie Night Fundraiser!
This year we will be seeing the film 'Wonder' based on the bestselling novel by R. J. Palacio.
August "Auggie" Pullman is a 10-year-old living in the fictional neighborhood of North River Heights in upper Manhattan. He has a rare medical facial deformity, which he refers to as "mandibulofacial dysostosis", more commonly known as Treacher Collins syndrome and a cleft palate.
Part proceeds from this fundraiser will support Rotary Oceania Medical Aid for Children. ROMAC provides surgical treatment for children in Australia and New Zealand from developing countries from our Pacific Region in the form of Life Giving and/or dignity restoring surgery not accessible to them in their home country. Part proceeds will also go towards Adelaide City Rotaract Club projects supporting our local and international community.
All of the movie night essentials will be on offer including raffle tickets, popcorn, beverages and cupcakes!
Please join us at The Capri Theatre on Goodwood Road at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm screening.
