Great Strides Semaphore - Has Ended

Thank you for supporting Cystic Fibrosis South Australia.

Great Strides for CF is on Sunday 5 November 2017 at the Sempaphore foreshore.

Run or Walk 4 or 8km along forsehore between Semaphore and Largs Jetty's.

Check in opens at 8.30am and closes at 9.30am, the Runners and walkers for the 8km distance begin at 9.45am and for the 4km distance at 10.am.

• Jumping Castle
• Face Painting
• Sausage Sizzle. 
• Meet our CF Ambassadors, Jess, Dimity and Kyle
• Dogs are welcome on a Leash
