JOIN US FOR A CHARITY POLE DANCE WORKSHOP THAT WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING EMPOWERED AND STRONG At a pole dancing class, the way we dress, dance and express ourselves is not to please anyone else but us. Most of us here in Sydney have that luxury, but it is not a luxury shared by women everywhere. During pole class we celebrate that. Practicing pole dancing is first learning to be comfortable with your body. We dance in shorts and crop tops/vests. We can learn to love our body not for how it looks like, but for what we can achieve with it.

Pole dancing is a sport, it has different tricks and spins to learn at each level and you will feel stronger and more flexible after every class. We believe that anybody can practice pole dancing but sometimes people lack the confidence to give it a go.  Join us for a 2.5hours workshop aimed at beginners who have always wanted to try pole dancing but have needed a little nudge. This is the perfect excuse to step out of your comfort zone and prove yourself that you can achieve anything.  All proceeds from the event will be donated to PROJECT FUTURES, a local charity that believes as we do, that no human being should belong to another. We were inspired by their active pursuit of change on the issue of human trafficking and slavery, particularly with respect to women and young girls, and we wanted to use our time and skills to make a positive change too.
