Mcilwain - Mic Kokoda Derby - Has Ended

Team McIlwain - Paul Robson and Mark Stone are  fundraising for a cause that is close to their hearts and affects the lives of many Australian. For workers within the construction industry, suicide has become part of the reality with more than 190 Australian taking their own life annually. On the 1 September 2017 Paul and Mark will be heading to PNG to walk the Kokoda Trek to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention which will enable Mates in Construction to reach those in need. The Kokoda Track stretches 96km through rugged, wild terrain and jungle which was walked by the Australian Troops in World War II.

This fun and energising event will include; Food, drinks, raffles, lucky door prizes, guest speaker, live entertainment and of course the McIlwain-MIC Kokoda Derby. We have sourced 15 of the finest fillies and stallions (human kind) to prove their form during a 'Calcutta Phantom Race'.
