Join us for Communities for Communities Annual Charity Ball, sponsored by PAYCE, Warwick Williams Real Estate and Canada Bay Club!

The 'Winter Wonderland' Ball 2017 will raise much needed funds for C4C's current build project in Fiji.Tavuya Village in the Rewa River delta, Fiji, was heavily impacted by Cyclone Winston in early 2016. The village is home to 211 people, made up of about 43 households, and is enduring poor housing conditions and lack of government development post the disaster. Since the devastation, families have been living in make-shift housing built from salvaged materials.

This fabulous evening of good food, music and dancing will help to raise much needed funds to support the rebuild of cyclone-resistant housing and a kindergarten in Tavuya Village. Your generous donations will help ensure these families are restored with hygiene, safety and comfort.

Tickets are available now! We hope to see you there! Contact Hannah Rayment with any enquiries, including sponsorship or donation opportunities 0425 329 921.

DO Supports

Communities for Communities is about fostering relationships and bringing communities together. With the support of the people of Canada Bay, we have hosted numerous community events and fundraised more than AU$2 million since 2002. These funds have built houses, schools, and community facilities in disadvantaged villages overseas in Thailand, Philippines, South Vietnam, Indonesia and Fiji. Additionally, the proceeds have funded paediatric physiotherapy hours, a playground and now a hydrotherapy facility at Lucas Gardens School in Five Dock.
