Hi Everyone, Authentic Health have a team entered on July 30th in Run Melbourne. We will fundraising for charity White Ribbon to help them build awareness around violence against women.
We would love as many of the Authentic Health family to set themselves a challenge of running either the 5km, 10km, or like Authentic Health coach Chris get really uncomfortable and run the half marathon 21km.
