On Thursday November 15 we saw a preview performance of the play "Calendar Girls" at the Gold Coast Little Theatre in support of the Leukaemia Foundation. The theatre was fully booked with many women wearing black cocktail dresses and pearls in "Calendar Girls" style. There were a few men in the audience, including Amanda's hubby who thoroughly enjoyed the titillatingand amusing comedy for a good cause. The play "Calendar Girls" revolves around a group of women raising money for leukaemia by posing nude for a calendar. A very apt topic for a play to support the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia.
