Wednesday October 31 saw Chicks@Lunch celebrating the Spring for 2012 at the Southport Yacht Club. Over 100 women celebrated Spring during this fun monthly luncheon. Many women donned bright sunny dresses and spring wear for the event. Ann's Hot Rock gave us a great selection of fashion jewellery, including some lovely dangly pearl clip earings that I snapped up quickly! They match my lovely pearl fashion bracelet also made by Ann Shankey that I was wearing at the lucheon. Not having pierced ears, I'm always on the look out for some nice clip earings. During the luncheon Rosie Jones, the Chicks@Lunch founder, shocked us all by announcing her retirement. Rosie will be greatly missed. Next month's "Christmas Luncheon" will be Rosie's final event as Chicks@Lunch hostess.
