Jul 30 Koala Tree Planting for National Tree Day - Little River VIC

Koalas are a flagship for Australia’s eucalypt forests and all the species therein, but they are declining due to climate change. Targeted tree planting and habitat protection now could safeguard koalas and their ecosystem and benefit future green jobs.

Join the Koala Clancy Foundation and Port Phillip & Stonnington Greens for a fun day out planting koala trees, watching koalas and taking educational walks with a researcher close to Melbourne.

This day is run in partnership with the Greens. The Greens are the only political party genuinely working to tackle climate change - the biggest danger to our koalas. Koala Clancy Foundation is proud to partner with them for this special event.

Cost: $50 per person, $25 for kids under 13.

Book here: https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=296102 Bookings are essential.

Transport is available from Melbourne city for an extra $5.
