No, you do not need to register on CharityDOs to use the event search functions Registering on CharityDOs does provide you with access to additional features like: buying tickets, sending "I want to Go" notifications to the event organiser, uploading event photos, leaving comments about events, connecting and interacting with Friends and a subscription to the monthly DOs News.

Click on the event venue hyperlink will take you to a page displaying a Google map of the venue location. Click on the "Get Directions" link to open google maps and enter your starting location to get detailed driving instructions.

You can click the "I Want to go" button to notify the fundraising event organiser that you are interested in attending their event. The event organiser will then contact you with any further instructions related to attending their fundraising event, including ticketing details if required. Also CharityDOs keeps track of the events you are attending and they will appear in your My Stuff-> My DOes for future reference. This does not commit you to attend the event.

After you log into CharityDOs you will be taken to the Dashboard->My DOs page, this will display all of the fundraising events that you are attending. Click on the event to display its details.

eTickets are emailed to you as an PDF attachment to the email address included with your account registration. You are required to print the ticket and take it with you to the fundraising event.

CharityDOs ticketing accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit or Debit Cards or PayPal. CharityDOs uses the PayPal financial gateway services to process credit card payments.

No, you can pay for your ticket as a guest without creating a PayPal account and just use your credit card.

If you did not receive an email with your eTicket attached within 1 hour please contact customercare@CharityDOs.com.au with the details of the event and tickets purchased and we will investigate. Attaching a copy of the PayPal receipt would also help speed up the investigation.

Contact the event organiser and request they resend the eTicket to your registered email address.

No, completing the bank details on the CharityDOs Dashboard is used only by fundraising event organisers.

The email that includes the attached eTicket will include a receipt for tickets purchased, but if you require an official Tax Deductible Receipt please contact the fundraising event organiser.

From your event dashboard (Dashboard->MyDOs->your event) clicking on Blog will take you to the event's blog section, add your comment where it says Blog Here and click Post.

From your event dashboard (Dashboard->MyDOs->your event) clicking on Photos will take you to the event's photo section, then click on Add Photos to upload your photos.

From your event dashboard (Dashboard->MyDOs->your event) click on Invite to send invitations with a customised message to your friends to join you. You can send invitation to your Friends who have already registered on CharityDOs or to email addresses of your other friends.
