Join us for our annual Breast Cancer Care WA Fundraiser pub tour to raise much-needed funds for those women suffering from breast cancer across Western Australia. Breast Cancer Care WA is a charity that provides emotional, practical and financial support to women with breast cancer and their families. In September 2016 we hosted a "bye-bye boobies" pub tour for a lady named Cass before she underwent a double mastectomy. We were so inspired with how positive and courageous she was that we decided to donate our proceeds from the night to Breast Cancer Care WA.

This year we'd love to raise a lot more for this great charity and we hope to smash our goal of $2,000. Please help us help them by giving whatever you can through the link below. The more people that know about Breast Cancer Care WA, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing our page with your friends and family. https://give.everydayhero.com/au/the-perth-pub-tour-s-breast-cancer-care-wa-fundraiser#/?_k=kexfie Thank you in advance, it means a lot! Ben & Terry The Perth Pub Tour FAQ'S What is included in the ticket price? Each guest receives a complimentary drink at each venue (four total), complimentary finger food, some drink discounts with games and prizes throughout the night. We also get VIP entry into all venues and skip the entry fee at the last venue! Where do we meet? And what time should we meet? Check your confirmation email to confirm the starting time/venue. Alternatively give us a call or email and we will let you know. Is there a bus, or do we walk to each bar? Luckily for us, there are so many bars across the CBD & Northbridge precincts so each bar is only a few minutes walk to each one. We do recommend wearing something comfortable on your feet though. What's the dress code for the tour? Smart casual will be fine - as long as you don't have thongs on! Feel free to email us if you aren't sure what's acceptable.

Which bars do we visit on the tour? We do like to keep a little mystery about our tour, but if you are desperate to know which bars you'll attend, contact us and we can let you know. All we can say is that each bar will offer something a little different! Where will the tour finish? Either call or email us and we will be able to confirm which bar we will be the final bar on our tour. Both of our Perth CBD & Northbridge tours finish close to taxi tanks and public transport so that you can easily return home safely. Which drinks are available as the 'complimentary drinks'? You are able to order any tap beer or cider, house wine or house spirit at every bar we go to! Can I still attend if I'm not drinking? We do have non-alcoholic tickets available for $10+BF per person. Just let us know if you are interested in one. How much food is provided, should I eat before hand? We definitely suggest that you eat something before the start of the tour. We'll only be providing finger food, however each bar will have their menu available for you to purchase from. I'm a vegetarian - what food options are available for me? Vegetarian options are available as part of our complimentary food platters but we suggest you notify us beforehand to ensure we have you covered. I want to book a private function. What's involved? Private functions are available for groups of at least 20. To book your own private function, email us at info@theperthpubtour.com.au with your approximate numbers & date and we can make the arrangements for you. For functions of more than 40 people, drop us a line and we can discuss what options are available for you. I'm interested in one of your Single's Parties - is this like speed dating? Definitely not! We aim to bring Perth's singles together so that we can enjoy one big night on the town together. We do have a few games throughout the tour which is about meeting people of the opposite sex, but there is definitely no pressure to be involved. What is the general age range for your tours? Our tours are open to everyone and anyone so there is definitely no age limit. As long as you're 18+. What's the maximum limit per tour? Our general public tours have a limit of 35 people, however we can make arrangements for larger groups if you can provide us with enough notice. I'm not going to be able to make it on time. What should I do? If you'll be arriving late to a tour, we suggest giving us call and we can notify our tour leader. We will be at the first bar for an hour or so, so we may still be there when you arrive! I need to cancel my ticket. What do I do? If you need to cancel your ticket and request a refund you can do so through the confirmation email you received from Eventbrite. Our cancellation policy is below: Individual Tickets: • Refund request with more than 24 hours notice - full refund • Refund request with less than 24 hours notice - exchange for a new date Private Events: • Your $200 deposit (or first 5 tickets) is non-refundable. • All other tickets purchased will be refunded as per the 'individual tickets' policy above. What if it's raining? Our tours run rain, hail or shine so we suggest checking the weather forecast before attending. If you have any concerns about the weather, please contact us and we can discuss. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us and we can help you out!
