Celebrate hOPE Concert - 7pm Tues June 27 - BBQ and sweet treats available from 6pm. A joint concert with performers from 'friends of hOPE' local schools: Hosts Killara High plus Lindfield Public and Roseville Public schools. Experience African a capella singing, rhythmic drumming, traditional dance plus head-spinning modern breakdancing by the 100% hOPE Ugandan Choir. Hear local young public school talent in drumming groups, stage bands and choirs.
Meet Aussie Founder of 100% hOPE and currently 'mum' to over 115 children, Trishelle (Grady) Sayuuni, whose inspiring story was recently featured on the Channel 9 documentary Aussie Mum African Heart - see it at: www.facebook.com/100hOPE/ Know that you are helping these vibrant young Africans. 100% of funds raised will go directly towards homes in hOPE Village for orphaned and vulnerable girls – including those in the choir - who are currently living in their classrooms.
