An educational, fun and active day in the outdoors near Melbourne. Help us save wild koalas in the You Yangs, create koala habitat & learn about koalas. Meet others who are passionate about Australian Wildlife. Walk with a Koala Researcher and learn all about how to find koalas, how they live and what they need to survive.
This day is run in partnership with the Port Phillip Greens. The Greens are the only political party genuinely working to tackle climate change - the biggest danger to our koalas. Koala Clancy Foundation is proud to partner with them for this special event.
Search for koalas, take walks through natural bushland with naturalists, plant koala trees and remove weeds from koala habitat all in the company of a highly experienced Koala Researcher. Meet like-minded people keen to learn about and help wildlife.
Cost: $50 per person, $25 for kids under 13. Please note this event is not a tour, it is a community project subsidised by our donors and is only available to local residents of the Melbourne & Geelong regions. If you're not sure if its available please contact us.
